I am aware that beginning a meditation practice, particularly if you are new to the discipline, can be difficult. Because of this, I decided to write this book with straight-up advice and approachable tips in the hope that it may make the process easier for you to handle. You will discover how to meditate, how to overcome common barriers and how to establish a unique meditation practice that is tailored to your lifestyle.
Honestly, I never thought I’d be writing a how-to-meditate book. But, here we are. It all started with a hilarious idea to create an Instagram account to poke fun at yoga. I mean, who doesn’t love a good laugh? As I stumbled into the world of yoga, I fell head over heels in love with it. It became my lifeline during a tough time in my life, and it changed me for the better.
It was my yoga practice that introduced me to the world of meditation. One day, I decided to challenge myself and meditate for 90 days straight. Let me tell you, it was pure torture at first. I couldn’t sit still for two minutes without fidgeting. But I stuck with it, and after 77 days, something clicked. Meditation became my superpower. It made me more aware of myself and helped me find solutions to problems.
Fast forward to today, and I’m a meditation master. Okay, maybe not a master, but I’ve meditated pretty much every day since 2019. I even created a guided meditation podcast called Relax with Yogi Bryan, which has millions of listens! And now, I’ve created the It’s Just F*ckin Meditation podcast and Relax with Yogi Bryan app, all to help the world release unnecessary fucks and chill.

It all started from creating an Instagram page to make fun of yoga. Yogi Bryan loves to make the yoga and spiritual community laugh. He noticed people were very competitive and took their practice so seriously. “It’s just fuckin’ yoga,” he thought. People need to relax and have fun on their yoga and meditation journey.
